A pastor is someone, whom Goo has called,
Trusting him to oversee and feed his flock.
He gives good council, help, and prayers,
He is the one who listens, when no one else will.
He is faithful, lowal, and caring,
He is there when times seem overbearins.
He Sives of himself, and puts his own needs last,
And he looks ahead, not to the past.
He is the one, who carries the load,
And he’s very careful, not wanting to go off mobe.
He preaches the truth, whether we hike it or not,
Ano he stands firm, on the only foundation we’ve got.
He is someone we can look wp to,
And trust that he’s leading ws closer to owr Savior too
He is there in times of pain and sorrow,
And Sives ws comfort anb hope for tomorrow.
He cares deeply for the sheepfold he oversees,
And does all he can to bring in the sheaves.
He is a humble man, and will help each and anu,
For his iob requires that he so after many.
His job can be stressfiul, heartbreaking, and tiring.
But he does not give wp, a trait worth aomirins.
And yes he deals with complaints, and all types of people,
But Goo never said beins 2 pastor was simple.
And there is no job that is below him,
For he knows Mow low Jesus reached for him.
And WE can clearly see his love for our Savior,
And this is to be aomired and greatly sought after
So we are quite pleased, to have such a pastor,
And we give all the glory and praise, to our loving Master..
